Omelora Living Services collects only the information needed to review housing applications and manage residency. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number and email address.
• Eligibility information: income and how rent will be paid, rental history, references, and criminal history questions on the application.
• A photo of your state ID and proof of income, which you upload through a secure Dropbox link. We verify your ID, then delete the image and keep only a note that it was verified.
• An emergency contact, if you choose to give one.

How we use it

To decide whether you qualify, to assign a room, to contact you about your application, and to manage your residency if you move in. Every applicant is reviewed under the same written criteria.

Who can see it

Only Omelora management. We share information with a case manager, probation or parole officer, or other referral partner only when you have named them as your reference or referral source, when you agree to it, or when the law requires it.

How it is stored

Applications are submitted through Google Forms and kept in Omelora's Google account. Uploaded documents go to Omelora's private Dropbox account; uploaders cannot see anyone else's files. Both accounts are protected by two-step login. Records are kept for up to 3 years after your application or move-out, then deleted.

Your choices
